The Cobar & Districts Rugby Union Club held an R U OK? awareness event for mental health at their home game on Saturday at Ailsa Fitzsimmons Memorial Oval. R U OK? is a national initiative that aims to remind everyone that every day is the day to ask “Are you ok?’ and support those struggling with life’s ups and downs. “It’s not weak to speak up,” Jody, a suicide prevention care coordinator said. “Your life matters.”
