Cobar Swimming Club’s Henry Knight competed at the NSW Country Regional Swimming Carnival in Gunnedah earlier this month coming up against swimmers from all over NSW country including competitors from Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, Blue Mountains, Port Macquarie and Casino. From his seven events, Henry finished with four second places and one third. He also set six new personal best times, including dropping an incredible 17.77 seconds off his official 200m Individual Medley time and shaved almost six seconds off his previous best 100m butterfly time.
