CATS compete in Ultra event

Five Cobar Athletics & Triathlon Squad (CATS) members competed in the Ultra
Series Backyard Ultra, No Time to Die event in Adelaide on the weekend. Athletes are required to run 6.7km per hour every hour for as long as possible. Through rain, mud and sweat Isaac Theakston and Parker Cryer ran for 15 hours and completed 100km, Harry Franks ran for 12 hours and completed 80km and Henry Knight and Molly Birch both ran for eight hours completing 55km. The Cobar runners have been invited by Ultra Series race director, Shaun Kaesler, to run in Melbourne at the Melbourne
