A Western Plains Rugby Union competition is planned to go ahead for the 2020 season but whether the Cobar Camels will be fielding a side for it is still unknown.
Cobar Camels co-coach Robert Cooney said Western Plains is keen to go ahead this season with a salvaged competition in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He said now the Cobar club has until tomorrow night to make a final decision to commit to it.
Cooney said all interested players need to attend training this week so that a final decision can be made by the club by tomorrow night.
He has also asked interested players to send in their work rosters which will help the coaching panel to determine if the club will be able to field a team each week.
