The Cobar Junior Rugby League Club
handed out their 2021 season awards on

There was only one change to the Cobar
Junior Rugby League committee at the club’s
annual general meeting on Sunday but it was
a major one, with Simone Knight finally stepping
down after 10 years as an executive
member.
Knight handed over the president’s reins last
season to Genie McMullen and has served as
vice president for the past season.
At Sunday’s AGM, McMullen was reelected
as president for her second term and
Graeme Barton has stepped into the vice president’s
role.
Kim Greenwood was returned as secretary
as was Christine Brown (treasurer and public officer), Emma Barton (registrar) and Abby
Fairfull (public relations officer).
Knight has not stepped away completely
and was elected to the general committee and
will continue to actively help with the running
of the 2022 season.
