Golfie gives generously to local groups

Cobar Bowling & Golf Club handed out $14,484 worth of funding as part of the ClubGRANTS program to 24 Cobar community groups last week. This year’s recipients were the Copper City Men’s Shed; Cobar Lady Bowlers; Cobar Mayoral Chest; Cobar Miners Memorial Committee; Cobar Girl Guides; Cobar Men Bowlers; Cobar Junior Cricket; Cobar Lady Golfers; Cobar Men’s Golfers; Cobar Yabbies; Kubby House Childcare Centre; Cobar Little Athletics; Cobar Athletics & Triathlon Squad; Cobar Swimming Club; Cobar Tennis Club; Cobar Arts Council and the Cobar Can Chasers. ▪ Photo contributed
