Lady golfers were in good form over the past week

Daphne Cross was the winner of last Wednesday’s women’s golf Stableford game with 38 points followed by Sally Bannister who continued her good form to finish with 37 points.

Next best were Pam Sikora and Ann Dunn who both posted 35 points and both also collected Nearest the Pin prizes.

Sikora won the prize on the 3rd hole and Dunn was the winner on the 11th.

On Sunday a Par event was staged with Pam Sikora’s score of +4 taking the win from Chrissy Gilligan with (+2).

Angela Fryer and Sue Phillips, both +1, finished next best.

Robynne Morton picked up a Nearest the Pin prize on the 8th hole and Phillips was best on the 15th hole.

A stroke game is set down for today while Saturday while Sunday’s games will be Stablefords.—T’d Off
