The crowd at Friday night’s ‘A Night to Dismember’ fundraiser, put on by The John Mitchell Pharmacy to raise funds for the Cobar Miner’s Memorial, may have only been a small one but all were however keen to get into the spirit of Halloween and the Festival of the Miner’s Ghost. The undead mixed with vampires, witches, devils and characters from various horror movies to dine on delicacies served up by Earth Candy Co and they then danced the night away to the music of DJ Fiddy. Best Dressed was Michelle Green (pictured above at centre), a runner-up in a beauty pageant who severed the head of the winner, Felecia. The event raised $600 for the Miners’ Memorial.
