Playground progress

Work is almost complete on Cobar Shire Council’s Apex Park located between Elizabeth Crescent and Rankin Street. The construction of the new playground is well underway with new seating, playground equipment and soft fall close to being fully installed. The concrete edging and other finishing touches will all be completed soon. Work is expected to commence this week on the Dalton Park playground upgrade with paths and electrical work to get underway. The play equipment is expected to be delivered by the end of the month and council is hoping the Dalton Park playground will be finished in time to enjoy the spring weather.
