A group of local women with a range of creative abilities took part in the Cobar Library’s Adult Craft session on Saturday to hand decorate travel mugs. Among the artwork created were flowers, letters (which made their mugs even more personalised), mandalas and native birds. While a few of the participants already had extensive experience painting on flat surfaces, they commented that working on the mug’s curved surface was definitely more of a challenge.
