The Ladies Golf Vets Country Championships took place on Saturday with 16 ladies vying for the division titles.
The Division 1 Scratch winner was Narelle Kriz (84), Division 2 went to Fran Samios (100) and the Division 3 Scratch winner was Susan Goonrey with 104 off the stick.
Julie Livingston was the Division 1 Handicap winner with 74 nett, Geraldine Francisco won the Division 2 Handicap on 76 nett and Barb Barklimore secured the Division 3 title with 75 nett.
Fay Hardwick was the Senior Vet winner with 80 nett.
An 18 hole competition was played in conjunction with the Vets game and some very close scores were recorded.
Narelle Kriz won on a countback from Susan Goonrey (73 nett each).
Julie Livingston was a fraction behind on 74 nett followed by Barb Barklimore (75) while Janet Place and Geraldine Francisco both posted scores of 76 nett.
Nearest the Pin winners on the 3rd hole were Fay Hardwick, Barb Barklimore and Glenda Peebles.
The same amount of players fronted up again on Sunday for the Nutrien Russell sponsored Stableford event.
Susan Goonrey showed the way winning with 39 points, two points clear of Barb Barklimore, Fay Hardwick and Ann Dunn who all finished on 37 points.
Fran Samios ended the day on 36 and Janet Place had 34.
