Cobar Preschoolers had a visit from staff from the Fire and Rescue NSW Station 256 Cobar recently. Children learnt about fire safety and what to do if there is a fire at their house. They practised getting down low and “go, go, go” and got to have a look through a fire truck. The school also had a visit from Rural Fire Service staff and are planning more visits with police and ambulance staff over the coming weeks to
familiarise children with emergency services. ▪ Photo contributed
