Big day of rugby union

Cobar Camels Rugby Union player Travis Schintler (at right) lined up with the West
Western Plains team (with players from Bourke, Nyngan, Brewarrina and Warren) to
take on the East Western Plains (Coonamble, Walgett and Gulargambone) on
Saturday as part of the Western Plains Rugby Union and Classic Wallabies (the
alumni of all Wallabies that have retired from the game) in a big day at Coonamble.
The day also included juniors coaching and a Wallaroos v Western Plains women’s
game. Schintler, who played three games on the big program, is pictured with former
Australian Wallabies player, Digby Loane.
