Police donate to charities

The Cobar Police Charity Golf organiser John Martin (far left) and Cobar Police representative Senior Constable Jo Palmer (far right) handed over a $1,000 cheque to Cobar Little Athletics, CareWest, Mayoral Chest, Cobar Public School MC Class, Cobar Children’s Mobile Services, Kubby House and Cobar Preschool, on Monday at the Cobar Bowling & Golf Club. The donations will go towards the purchase of new resources and supplies for each local organisation. A total of $8,000 was handed out.
