Scott Brown was the winner of the Gumnuts Gifted Male prize as the first finishing male and overall winner of the Australia Day triathlon on Friday.
The annual event, organised by the Cobar Athletics & Triathlon Squad (CATS), was a scratch race and consisted of a 300m swim, 10km ride and 2km run.
It attracted only a small field of nine competitors but Brown finished the course in a good time of 36 minutes 42 seconds.
Anthony Wrigley collected the Red Earth Real Man prize as the male runner-up in a time of 37.11.
Tanya Gilbert was the first finishing female in a time of 41.26 to collect the Gumnuts Gifted Female prize.
Cheryl Lewington was second with a time of 50.35 that earned her the B-Rush to the Stop runners-up prize.
The first team over the line was the MAD team of Milla and Aaron Davey who collected the Stationery Essentials Essential Team prize.
Milla did the swim leg while her dad completed the ride and run legs. Together they finished with a time of 44.42.
A number of competitors also picked up lucky draw prizes donated by JKM Dynamic Fitness.
