St John’s students, staff and families joined the 22nd National Simultaneous Story Time (NSS) last Wednesday at the school. This year’s story was ‘Family Tree’ by Josh Pyke. NSS is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association to promote the value of reading and literacy. One Australian book is chosen each year to be read simultaneously all over the country.
