Before WesTrac handed over two new Caterpillar R2900G Underground Loaders to Aurelia Metals at Peak Gold Mines (PGM) on Friday, they took the opportunity for a photo shoot at the COBAR sign. The vehicles, which have been a stalwart in the underground mining industry since the late 1990s, will join Peak’s mining fleet. The vehicles will be supported by staff at the local WesTrac branch.
