The Cobar Services Club’s auditorium was completely transformed for this year’s Debutante Ball. Continuing the tradition that dates back many years in Cobar, a group of nine ladies (and their partners) made their ‘debut into society’ on Saturday night. Pictured at back from left are: Joey Neale, Laine Ellicott, Sebastian Best, Will Griffiths, Ryan Urquhart and Ben Griffiths; middle row: Todd Polack, Zane Taylor, Kai Greenwood and Jay Greenwood; with the debutants Brielle Farrell, Bridie Bruce, Jordan Warren, Bree Martin, Alexandra Cain, Georgia Boland, Lucy Scott, Neve Carter and Matilda McIver at front. A community donation from Aurelia Metals helped to ensure the night was a resounding success. ▪ Photo courtesy of Tamika from Sun Soul Collective
