Rider numbers down this year

The number of riders for horse events at this year’s Cobar Show was down on previous years, however there was still some tough competition in the rings over the two days.

Adelaide Elliott was named Champion Rider over 17 years old and Supreme Hack of the Show.

Cobar Pony Club riders featured in the junior sections with Ethan Gilbert winning the Turnout Rider 12 years to 17 years old class and was also sashed as the Supreme Rider of the Show.

James Stockdale won first in boy riders aged 12 to 15 years and Hannah Carroll was first in girl riders aged 12 to 15 years old.
