A free Digital and Social Marketing workshop, supported by Cobar Shire Council and the Cobar Business Association, was held at the Cobar Bowling & Golf Club last Tuesday night. Workshop presenter Andy Banks, from Central NSW Business HQ, was impressed with the interest shown by the Cobar business community who were keen to learn more about digital and social marketing. During his presentation, Mr Banks spoke about Facebook business pages, using Instagram in business, building websites and protecting your brand online. Participants also took advantage of follow up one-on-one sessions in their businesses the next day. Mr Banks is hoping to return soon to conduct a follow-up session. Photo contributed
