Approximately 40 cars and bikes joined the 5th annual Lighthorse Charity Run to
Hermidale on Saturday to help raise around $600 for the RSL Sub Branch Cobar’s World War I monument in Drummond Park. This year’s run included an overnight stop at Canbelego on the way home and a visit by Running on Empty celebrity Jeff Rhoe and Peter Millynn, whose family comes from Canbelego. Peter’s grandfather was one of those who left Canbelego to fight in World War 1.
