If you are looking for Cobar’s best Christmas lights display this year, then you need to head on up to Bourke Street where you will find The Cobar Weekly and Cobar Powerhouse’s 2016 Christmas Lights Display winner. After finishing second last year, Scott Robinson ramped up his lights display this year (which also included a static Christmas scene in his garage), and that helped him to win this year’s competition. Scott collected the $150 Cobar Quids first prize, with Leanne Mackay in Echidna Drive second ($75) and third prize of $50 went to Bec Costelloe in Bathurst Street.
