St John’s School Year 3/4 netball team claimed the Ridley-Trudgett Cup in their division at the Ridley-Trudgett Gala Day in Warren last Friday.
The team finished the day undefeated to claim a win in the Year 3/4 division.
St John’s School and Cobar Public School 5/6 teams also competed at the gala day finish-ing with mixed results.
The two 5/6 Cobar sides met each other in the first round with the match finishing in a 6-all draw.
CPS then lost their next three games to War-ren Central, Warren St Mary’s and Walgett (who went on to finish as the 5/6 winners) but finished the day on a high with a win over Nyngan St Josephs.
St John’s 5/6 team recorded a win over War-ren, another draw with Nyngan and went down to Warren St Mary’s and also Walgett.
