The annual Cobar Show is on track to return next year.
Next year’s annual agricultural show was discussed at the Cobar Show Society’s annual general meeting on Monday night at the Great Western Hotel.
Newly elected co-secretary Bec Everett said Cobar Shire Council reports the construction schedule of the new multipurpose hall at Ward Oval is going to plan, and the showgrounds should be ready for next year’s show.
Joining Bec on the newly elected committee are returned president Caden Mackay, with Sue Cox and Corey Traynor also re-elected to the committee as vice presidents.
Rebecca Howard will be sharing the secretary’s role with Bec Everett and Bianca Lane was returned as treasurer.
Bec said the group was pleased to welcome a new face to the committee with Sue Singleton coming on board with some great new ideas.
