Seven Cobar players featured in the Castlereagh Cougars Women’s Rugby League Club end of season awards.
The 2024 awards presentations took place at the Coonabarabran Bowling Club on Sunday.
Kayla Hasson-Williams was named the Opens’ Best Forward.
In the Under 18s team, three Cobar players collected awards including: Most Improved – Molly Broughton, Players Player – Molly Carter and Best & Fairest – Bridgette Negfeldt.
In the Under 14s division, Ella Oborn collected the Coach’s Award and Rhylee Jeffery was named their Best Forward.
From the Under 12s team (which was coached this season by Cobar’s Sarah Johnson), Isabelle Gillette shared their Players’ Player and Best & Fairest awards with two team mates.
