Roosters launch 2016 season

The Cobar Roosters held their 2016 season launch at the Tom Knight Memorial Oval on Saturday afternoon. Both juniors and seniors were invited to attend as well as supporters. The Cobar Roosters senior players ran the juniors through an afternoon of drills and skills, before they enjoyed the free rein of the jumping castles, water slide, water pistols and face painting. The canteen and bar were in operation and local band Burnt Earth entertained the crowd until late. The launch also marked the last registration day for Cobar Junior Rugby League, Seniors are still able to register and are encouraged to do so.
