Pink Galahs come out on top narrowly beating JKM 34-30

Pink Galahs came out on top after they narrowly beat JKM Dynamic Fitness,
34-30, in their Round 13 Senior Mixed Netball game on Friday night at Ward Oval.

Pink Galahs had a four point lead at the end of the first quarter which they stretched to eight points at half time.

Going into the final quarter, they were nine goals ahead.

JKM weren’t ready to throw in the towel and they pushed hard in the final quarter outpointing Pink Galahs 12-7.

However it wasn’t enough to rein in the deficit and Pink Galahs held on to claim the four point win.

JKM’s Jayne Sharkey and Molly Broughton shared in the umpires’ Best & Fairest game points with Pink Galahs’ Anita Atuau.
