Participating pooches

Local pet owners and their pooches joined in the RSPCA’s 23rd annual Million Paws Walk fundraiser on Sunday morning at the Newey Reserve. More than 50 local people and almost 40 dogs of various breeds joined the walk, which is regarded as the most important date on the canine calendar. The local RSPCA branch is set to benefit 100 per cent from the funds raised which will go towards helping local dogs as well as cats and other animals in need. Some of the local participants are pictured above including: (top left) Parramatta Eels supporter Nash Webster and his dog Hindmarsh; (bottom left) Ronnette Richardson and her dogs Billie and Lucy, with Sarah Irvine and her children Sonny and Kody Maloney and their dog Ivy.
