The annual Combined Churches of Cobar Carols in the Park event never fails to draw a crowd and this year’s event on Sunday night was no different. There were lots of local families and visitors at Drummond Park singing along with the choir (pictured above). In addition to carols, there was also entertainment from St John’s and Cobar Public School students, a solo performance by Eva Halliger, songs from the Toomey Tunes ukulele groups, a performance by the Copper City Dance Centre dancers, the Rotary Club of Cobar cooked a barbecue and Santa also paid a visit.
