new 2026 competition keep tumbling
with three more records broken last week
in Week 2 of the competition.
In the 14 years Girls Javelin event, two athletes
broke Isabelle Gillette’s record of 9.92m
from last year.
Kasalia Fakahua threw 11.24m while Lauren
O’Sullivan bettered the record again with
a throw of 12.23m, which now makes Lauren
the new centre record holder.
With no previous record set in the 15 years
Girls Javelin, Isabelle Gillette put the first
mark on the records board with a throw of
7.63m.
The Week 2 Stars of the Week were: Tiny
Tots—Ryan Doherty and Emmy Egan; Under
6—Henlee Dejong and Henry Collingridge;
Under 7—Theo Landale and Marlee Sullivan;
Under 8—Max Nardi and Tori Arnold; Under
9—Walter Landale and Alexa Medlin; Under
10—Niklaus Flack-Hogan and Pearl Toomey;
Under 11 to Under 17—Lauren O’Sullivan
and Ben Lansdowne.
