Cobar locals joined in the CatholicCare Wilcannia-Forbes Reclaim the Night event in the main street on Friday night (which was postponed from Thursday night due to the storm). Also known as Take Back the Night, the annual international event actively campaigns against all forms of violence against women. The group walked down the main street and on to Drummond Park where a barbecue and activities followed. The event was supported by a donation from Aurelia Metals. ▪ Photo contributed
