Cobar Bowling & Golf Club secretary manager Brad Beetson handed out donations
to a range of local community groups under the ClubGrants scheme on Monday
afternoon. Among the 12 local groups to share in a total of $23,147 were the Golfie’s men and lady bowlers and golfers, as well as Cobar Netball Association, Cobar Pony Club, Cobar Public School P&C, Cobar Rotary Club, Cobar Senior Rugby League, Cobar Senior Men’s Swimming Club, Cobar Swimming Club and the Copper City Men’s Shed.
