Generous donation to Auskick

A conversation between local John Daly (avid AFL supporter) and a well connected friend in Melbourne, Georgia Triantafyllopoulos, about how Cobar no longer had a senior AFL team and how important it is to keep the sport alive for younger players resulted in the delivery of a pile of AFL gear for Cobar’s Auskick kids. Ross Faulkner from Footys4All donated 50 mini footballs, Cr Oscar Yildiz JP (Bully Zero Australia Foundation) sent toys, books and games, (Georgia volunteers her time to these two organisations) along with a range of supporters apparel donated by Gez O’Neill (Nu Trans Transport director/owner) and John Daly were donated to the junior Auskick group on Friday.
