The Cobar Fergies biennial Tractor Run took place over the weekend coinciding with the Louth Field Day. The group of 10 tractors and their support crew travelled over and back with no dramas. The event is normally a fundraiser for the Fergies (who donate the proceeds to local groups), however with business being slow on the back of COVID, they decided not to do any fundraising. They were however given some products and merchandise from Sydney’s Atlantic Oils which they donated to the Louth Chamber of Commerce for their auction for the Royal Flying Doctor Service which raised a total of $19,400. ▪ Photo courtesy of Alexandra Cain Photography
