Donation from Anzac jerseys

Cobar Rugby League Club president Chris Deighton handed out the proceeds of the club’s recent auction of Anzac Day commemorative playing jerseys. The money raised was split between the Mayoral Chest and the RSL Sub Branch Cobar with each receiving $4,590. Pictured with Chris at the cheque presentation on Monday is Jo-Louise Brown from the Mayoral Chest committee and RSL Sub Branch Cobar secretary, Heather Christie. Both groups were thrilled with their donations.
