The Cobar Junior Soccer Club welcomed teams from Warren, Nyngan, Bourke and Tottenham to their Gala Day at Ward Oval on Saturday.
Cobar teams battled it out with the visitors across the Minis, Mids and Seniors divisions.
In the Minis competition, Raging Rhinos had a strong run recording three wins. They beat Nyngan 2 (3-1), defeated Bourke (4-1) and had a 2-nil win over the Cornish Dragons and lost their other match to Tottenham 3-0.
Pitch Pirates finished the day with two wins, edging out both the Nyngan 1 and Warren teams, both with 3-2 results and also lost to Tottenham, 11-0.
Maroon Miners picked up a big 6-nil win in their match with Nyngan 1, while their other two matches against Warren and Nyngan 2 both finished in 3-all draws.
Busy Bees ended up with a 2-1 win against Bourke, beat Nyngan 1 (1-nil), and narrowly lost their other match against Nyngan 2 (3-2).
Cornish Dragons recorded a big 6-nil win against Warren but recorded losses in their other games against Tottenham (5-2) and Raging Rhinos (2-0).
In the Mids division, Polar Bears finished with a 4-1 win over Warren, beat Nyngan 2
(3-1) and finished with a 0-all result in their match with Redbacks.
Tigers ended up with two wins for the day, defeating Nyngan 1 (5-1) and then Nyngan 2
(2-1).
Red Backs recorded a win, a draw and a loss.
They won their match against Nyngan 1
(2-nil), drew 0-all with Polar Bears and went down to Warren (4-1).
Black Knights finished with two draws and a loss. Their match against Warren finished at
0-all and the score was 1-all against Nyngan 2. They narrowly lost 1-0 to Nyngan 1.
In the Seniors competition, Celtics produced a 5-2 win against Nyngan, while their match with Warren ended in a 3-all draw.
Miami had a tough day, going down to
Nyngan (3-0) and were also beaten by Warren, 3-1
