Cobar Bowling & Golf Club has distributed over $40,000 to 14 local community and sporting groups as part of it’s 2024 ClubGrants program. Among the community group beneficiaries were the Brennan Centre, Cobar Youth & Community Centre, Copper City Men’s Shed and Cobar Public School P&C while the clay target club, tennis club, junior and senior rugby league, men’s and ladies’ bowls, men’s, ladies and junior golfers and the Yabbies swimming club were the 10 sporting groups to receive donations.
