Camels headed to grand final

The Nyngan Bulls/Cobar Camels side is on its way to the Western Plains Rugby grand final after their thrilling 24-21 semi final win over Warren at Walgett on Saturday. The Bulls/Camels fought their way back from a 14-5 deficit at half time to claim their grand final berth against Walgett. The grand final will be played this Saturday at Walgett. The Camels platers have reportedly been a very welcome addition to the Bulls team this season with Cobar
supplying a few key players (four of whom played in last week’s semi final) and has, on
occasions, provided up to nine players for matches this season. As minor premiers, and
winners of their previous encounters, Walgett is going to be hard to beat.▪ Photo contributed
