The previously postponed golf 2024 Mixed Club Championships were played on Sunday with the Scratch competition winners Sally Bannister and John Carlaw shooting 121 for the 27 holes.
The runners-up were Jannine and Garry Wilkin with 125 off the stick.
The placings were the same in the Net competition with Bannister and Carlaw posting 103 3/4 net just in front of the Wilkins on 104 3/4 net.
In third place were Geraldine Francisco and Andrew Bartlett (109 1/2 net) followed by Narelle Kriz and Brad Bannister with 110 net.
Nearest the Pin prizes for the ladies were won on the 3rd hole by Serena Fraser and the ever present Max Phillips claimed the pin win on the 8th hole for the men…For full report see this week’s edition out now!
