Atlas shows off new equipment

The Atlas Copco Cobar branch held an open day on Friday to show off Atlas’ new ‘Boomer M2’ face drill which will be going to the Perilya Mine in Broken Hill. Atlas Copco regional manager Alan Sharpe said the Boomer M2 series face drill has  become a key piece of equipment for mining and tunneling application in recent years. Mr Sharpe is pictured with Cobar office staff members Jenna Fullagar and Amanda Beer (at far right) along with Peak Gold Mines jumbo operators Nigel Campbell and Jade Martin who called in to have a look at the new machinery.
