With COVID restrictions easing in Cobar on Saturday morning, gym goers can now return to working out at the JKM Dynamic Fitness gym facility in Marshall Street. Members were however able to continue classes over the lockdown period, including taking part in ‘Mums and Bubs’ and BodyPump virtual sessions from the comfort of their own homes. Members were encouraged to use weights if they had them or other household items such as cans or milk bottles to help with their cardio and resistance workouts. The virtual classes were conducted by instructors Amie Hill and Corinne McLeod who are pictured setting up for their final ‘viral session’ last Thursday morning with Amie’s boys Finn and Lenny. Gym members were able to access the sessions live via Facebook or they could choose to re-run the session at a time that suited them.
