Cobar’s seniors were wined and dined at Cobar Shire Council’s Seniors Citizens Christmas Party last Wednesday at the Ward Oval Pavilion. There was a fantastic turn out for this year’s festivities which included a delicious Christmas lunch prepared by Council staff, guests were waited on by staff and councillors, there was Christmas-themed entertainment provided by the Cooinda Home School kids, Christmas carols were sung and a whole lot of fun was had by all. Council provides the annual event free to all seniors and their carers.
