Only one game was played in the Juniors 9-12 years Touch competition on Thursday afternoon at Ward Oval.
In the match between the Orangutans and Yellow Bananas the Orangutans ran out as 8-4 winners.
Kasalia Fakahua led the scoring for her Orangutans’s side contributing four points to their tally with her two tries. (Female tries are worth double points.)
Billy Watt crossed three times to add another three points to their total and Aisea Fakahua also touched down for a try for Orangutans.
In reply, Eligh Ritter scored all four points for the Yellow Bananas.
