A generous donation from the Aurelia Metals/Peak Mine Donations Committee will allow the Cobar Headquarters Rural Fire Brigade to purchase a new CEL-FI unit for two of their emergency vehicles. A smart signal booster, the CEL-FI units will increase network coverage for the emergency vehicles without compromising or interfering with other mobile networks or signals. The units also automatically adjust to changing
network conditions (or black spots) and boost WIFI reception. With poor network
coverage experienced in various parts around the Cobar Shire, which can impact on how quickly the RFS can respond to those in need, the new CEL-FI units will go a long way towards helping them keep the Cobar community safe. Pictured are Cobar
