The Lilliane Brady Village staff were treated to a delicious afternoon tea on Friday in acknowledgement of Aged Care Employee Day 2021. An initiative of Leading Age Services Australia, the annual day recognises each and every team member involved in caring for the 13 million older Australians receiving home care or residential care services. This included nurses, care workers, allied health professionals, hospitality teams, drivers, cleaners, volunteers, activities coordinators, administration staff and many, many others. LBV director of nursing, Helen Spyt said she values and appreciates the contributions of each member of the LBV team.
