The StormCo group from Avondale is back in town this week, celebrating 21 years of school holiday visits to Cobar. The Kids Club, held at Cobar Public School, had a good turnout of 60 local children on Monday for fun activities including singing, craft, balloon workshops, face painting and storytelling. Pictured are local volunteer clowns ‘Patches’ (Malina Bottom), ‘Dots’ (Piper Neal), ‘Diamonds’ (Amara Bottom) and ‘Pancake’ (Samuel Whiteman). The StormCo volunteers were also out and about over the weekend cleaning car windscreens and will be holding a pancake feast and movie night at the Cobar Youth & Fitness Centre today.
