Men’s Shed is a safer place

Peak Gold Mines have helped to make the Copper City Men’s Shed a much safer place
with a recent donation of $1,800 which has gone towards the purchase of new PPE
(personal protection equipment) for the Shed’s members. The donation has helped to
purchase new earmuffs, dust masks, gloves, safety glasses and face shields for the 20
members of the shed. Men’s Shed coordinator Gordon Hill said the members very
much appreciated the ongoing support they have received from the Peak over the
years. Pictured are Peak staff members Laura Barnes and Jessica Grey with Men’s
Shed members Harry Cox, Barry Artis, Heinz Goldmann, Tony Punzet, Gordon Hill
and Doug Cameron at the Shed yesterday morning.
