Yabbies set the pace

The Cobar Yabbies proved to be the fastest in the pool at the Western Districts AIF Swimming Carnival in Cobar on Sunday. The Yabbies’ relay team of Lucas Hardy, Matt Harland, Cameron van Bruegel and Murray Harland (pictured above with event sponsor representative Richard Hutton from Peak Gold Mines), finished almost 20 metres ahead of the rest of the field in the 4x50m Scratch Relay.
