David Watson’s big-hitting style in cricket was captured by local photographer Klae McGuinness at a recent match at Ward Oval. (He is pictured above making a cut shot with wicket keeper Roger Mitchell at rear.) Watson top scored in Saturday’s 40 Overs match however when he departed on 42, it triggered a batting collapse for his Empire team who were beaten by Nymagee.
