Cobar High School’s Stage 5 Commerce class and their teacher Krystie Neale, visited the Cobar Police Station last week. The class is currently studying the topic of Law in Action and learning about laws and the rights and responsibilities of young people. Cobar Police Constable Tony Martin gave students an insight of how police complete their duties and assist the community. Glenn Spinks officially retired yesterday after working for KML Industries for exactly 30 years to the day. He was given a big send-off by staff on Friday. Glenn plans to “do nothing” for the next six months and then maybe some travelling after that.
